Thank you for visiting the Use of facilities page. If you are looking to use our facilities, below are all the necessary forms/information that you would need to complete this process.
Please read over the Facilities Usage Guidelines:- Use of Facilities Form (below) needs to be filled out in its entirety. If you download the form, it will turn into a fill-able document for easy use.
- REMINDER - It is required that you have a Certificate of Insurance with your application. It will not be submitted for approval without the COI. Also, the COI must have Gloucester City Public schools listed as the certificate holder.
- REMINDER - The facilities will not be open to the community on days that the school is closed, unless approved by the BOE. (example: we are closed for Thanksgiving and the Friday after, you can not use our facilities on those days)
- REMINDER - Once approved, it is your responsibility to review the Facilities Use Guidelines with all your coaches/assistants. Failure to follow the guidelines will result in termination of your facility use.
- REMINDER - If you are utilizing our facilities on a Sunday a $50/per hour charge will be invoiced to you/your company. This charge covers payroll for the custodians/employees that are required to come in on Sundays.
Once all proper information is handed in and the dates and facility of your choice is available, the Director of Facilities will sign off on the application, then it will need to be Board approved. Once the Board approves, you will then be able to utilize our facilities on the dates you have listed on your application.
