• Medication In School 

    • New Jersey state law requires a written and signed order from a legal prescriber for medications (prescription and over the counter) being given at school, as well as signed consent from a parent/guardian. A new order is required each school year. 

    • An Asthma Action Plan, completed and signed by your child’s physician, is required to be on file for all students diagnosed with asthma. 

    • An Allergy Action Plan, completed and signed by your child’s physician, is required to be on file for all students with an EpiPen.

    • A Seizure Action Plan, completed and signed by your child’s physician, is required to be on file for all students with a seizure disorder.

    • Tylenol and Ibuprofen can be given with parent permission to students in grades four through twelve
